This course is divided into 5 sections:

  • Hypoxia and Crew Incapacitation

  • Communication and Procedures during Decompression

  • Regulation and Atmosphere

  • High-Altitude Meteorology

Topics covered

  • What happens with the oxygen when altitude increases.

  • When is altitude hypoxia experienced.

  • Aircraft pressurization.

  • Regulation concerning oxygen on board an aircraft.

  • Clear Air Turbulence (CAT).

This course is updated after any major change in the regulations, 
or if a significant incident or accident occurs under the scope of this subject.

This course can be used for both initial and recurrent training.
